This is a DEN Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a qualified contractor to provide all plumbing pumps services including preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, inspections, repair, replacement, and related services at Denver International Airport (DEN). The work includes all required resources to complete project and/or program, including, but not limited to checking pumps, valves, screens, diagnostics, removal/disposal, permitting, required licensing, all labor, specialties, supervision, materials, tools, andequipment. DEN Plumbing will have the final approval over all services and/or materials proposed by contractor to be used in these services.

Pre-Registration is required on EventBrite (link on Page 2 of RFP). Participants will meet on their scheduled day and time in the lobby of the Airport Office Building located on the 6th floor of the Jeppesen Terminal adjacent to A-Concourse security screening at Denver International Airport, 8500 Pena Boulevard, Denver, CO 80249. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled site visit.
You must attend the Mandatory Site Visit; pre-registration is required. Your attendance must be documented during the site visit for your company to submit a proposal. At least one member from each company must attend the site visit in its entirety, failure to do so may result in your company being disqualified.
