Description

La Plata County will accept sealed bids for On Call Right of Way Acquistion Agent – CDOT Qualified. Proposers must be a highway or county experienced firm or individual familiar with the Colorado Department of Transportation Right of Way Manual to provide consulting services. Consultant shall be on the CDOT Qualified Individuals for Acquisition list or application for CDOT list submitted on or before the date of submittal of proposal, subsequent approval is required for applicants.
