The City is seeking utility contractor(s) for on‐call general construction services on an as‐needed basis. Work may include installation, replacement, and rehabilitation of water/sewer/stormwater pipelines, valves, manholes, appurtenances, and incidental related work.
The contract(s) may be established based on the nature of the work and would be in the form of a lump sum, line item or time and materials basis with a not‐to‐exceed limit utilizing the unit rates established in the Contract. The City intends to award multiple contracts for work in the following categories:
- Citywide open-cut water, wastewater, and stormwater utility work
- Treatment facility repairs/improvements
- Trenchless pipe inspection & rehabilitation
- Utility structure rehabilitation
Contractors may submit proposals for work in one or more categories. There is no guarantee that any work will be requested.
