The Water & Sewer Department for and on behalf of the City of Greeley, is seeking Prequalification Statements from licensed contractors to pre-qualify firms for its North Greeley Phase 2A Porject. Contractors familiar with 36-inch PVC sanitary sewer pipe in high groundwater, during cold weather conditions are encouraged to submit. Special conditions include tunneling, high groundwater, working in open-river with flow diversions and water control, confined construction areas and bypass pumping of sanitary sewer flows.
