NW-4-1016 - New Offices Sheetrock, Paint and Wallpaper

Northern Water is using their own Facilities group to do the framing on the new offices that are noted in this bid but Northern Water is looking for  contractor to install sheet rock, paint and do wallpaper once the framing and electrical are complete. Because the plans provide may not provide exact  dimensions  and do the fact that multiply sizes and types of materials will be required for this project we will have a mandatory pre bid meeting on October 26, 2015 at the Berthoud Headquarters located at 220 Water Ave. , Berthoud, CO 80513. The framing will be complete by the pre-bid meeting. This meeting will give all contractors interested in bidding on this project the opportunity to see all new offices framed out and ask questions of the Project Manager.
