The Desired Specifications are as follows:
•Operation with open mode
•Methods and drying run recall
•Optional Auto-mode to run samples unattended
•Advanced user touch screen interface
•PT-1000 Temperature probes
•Product temperature measurement in collection vessel
•Temperature regulation +/- 3C with upper limit of 220C or 250C
•Particle engineering in range of 3-25 um
•Oxygen sensor and pressure sensor for safety lock-out
•All glass configuration for monitoring process
•Nozzle configuration allows for two fluid, three fluid, and nozzle cooling available
•Hands on training with field application specialist with support on method development, properusage and maintenance
•Remote operating with BUCHI Drying App
•Generate reports with real-time parameter graphs
•Cyclone with SVL42 threaded connection with easily removable lid for ease of cleaning andsample harvesting.
•External hose connections are KF-25 C-clamps for ease of use
•No Chinese-made electronics
