A mandatory pre-proposal conference is being held to familiarize vendors with the scope of work and to ask clarifying questions. Vendors must attend the pre-proposal meeting scheduled for 10/24/2018. The meeting will start promptly at 10:00 a.m. (our clock). Vendor’s principal and project manager are encouraged to attend.
All vendors must register on or before 2:00 p.m. (our clock) 10/22/2018 by emailing Les Brown, Purchasing Agent, at brownxld@larimer.org. In your email provide company name, attending person(s) name, email address, and phone number. Location and remote access information will be provided after registering.
