Sealed bids must be submitted to the City of Lone Tree, 9220 Kimmer Drive, CO 80124 by 10 am on June 13, 2017. Bids must include a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of 45 ays after the bid opening date. The City reserves the right to award the contract by sections. The City expects to award at least one or two schedules this year depending on the budget.
