Description

New single-story addition to Kelley Hall containing new offices and classroom. Scope of Work will also include site work, utility work, and structural modifications to the existing building. The new addition will be approximate 2,550 square feet; the remodel area will be approximately 630 square feet. Work will consist of traditional foundation and slab on grade, Type VB construction, stucco and brick exterior finishes, metal panel siding, and new membrane roof and standing seam metal roof. Interior work will include partition walls, doors, acoustic ceilings, carpet and VCT floor finishes. The existing electrical and communication services will be extended, along with fire suppression and fire alarm. The work will include new light fixtures, new stand-alone HVAC system and a pellet stove.
