The City of Westminster is soliciting bids for the demolition of a residential property located at 11761 Federal Boulevard Westminster, Colorado 80234. The project involves the demolition of a 2,508 square foot single-family ranch-style residence with an 1,892 square foot basement, constructed in 1963. Additionally, a 600 square foot horse barn and a 450 square foot goat shed are to be demolished.
