The City of Pueblo is soliciting proposals from qualified civil geotechnical engineering firms to assist the City with on-call services for geotechnical engineering. The City intends to pre-qualify one to three (1 - 3) Consultants for future work on an as-needed basis for maintenance and capital improvement projects. The Consultants will be requested to perform preliminary investigation, permitting, design, assist the City with bidding, construction management, inspection, and certification.
