Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) and pricing proposals from interested firms will be reviewed by the District’s Selection Committee, who will then determine that the qualifications submitted meet the District’s criteria for pre-qualification. Pre-qualified firms will be notified and will have the opportunity to propose or bid on future projects.
