Description

UTILITIES is soliciting proposals from experienced firms to provide Financial Advisor services beginning approximately January 1, 2017 to assist UTILITIES in the management of its debt program, the issuance of bonds, other financial instruments and short- and long-term debt portfolio analysis projects. UTILITIES anticipates the selection of a Financial Advisor (FA) for a total contract period of 5 to 7 years in total duration, including a negotiated initial contract period with one or more renewal opportunities. Financial Advisor services to the City of Colorado Springs or any of its enterprises other than UTILITIES are not included.
