Lowry Blvd., Denver, CO, 80230 Colorado, final settlement will be made by the STATE OF COLORADO with B&M Roofing of Colorado, hereinafter called the "CONTRACTOR", for and on account of the contract for the construction of a PROJECT as referenced above.
