Public Notice - CDOT intends to enter into a sole source agreement with Judicial Arbiter Group, Inc. (JAG), to provide expert mediation and/or settlement services as requested by the Colorado Office of the Attorney General regarding project Interstate Highway 25 Project NHPP 0253-270, Code 22831, MP 243 to 255 as well as Interstate Highway 25 Project IM 0253-255, Code 21506, MP 254 to 270. JAG will provide CDOT with the services of expert mediation for condemnation matters. Review materials in preparation for mediation including statements, potential mediation, assist in resolving and settling matters in this project. Any other work required after the mediation including drafting and settlement documents
