Proposals must be received electronically on BidNet no later than February 12, 2019, at or before 2:00 pm MT. Proposals will be time-stamped by BidNet upon receipt.

The City will only accept proposals submitted on BidNet and will not accept hardcopy proposals, or proposals submitted by any other means.
