Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to facilitate a manufacturer/dealer discount for the purchase of battery-electric vehicles (EVs) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) for members of the communities located in El Paso County. The City of Colorado Springs – Office of Sustainability and Support Services (hereafter referred to as the “City”) is using an RFP process to facilitate the implementation of these manufacturer/dealer discounts for affiliated individuals, but individuals interested in taking advantage of these discounts, and not the City, will be purchasing any paying for EVs and PHEV’sEVs. For this reason, this process is not governed by the City’s procurement policies and is not subject to protest or appeal.
