RFP-24-053 - Early Childhood Child Care Improvement

El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified Consultants to provide services as necessary for Early Childhood Child Care Improvement for El Paso County Department of Human Services.
The El Paso County Department of Human Services (hereinafter “Department”) administers the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (hereinafter “CCCAP”) under the direction of the Colorado Department of Early Childhood. CCCAP provides Child Care assistance to families who are working, searching for employment, are in training, attending high school, participating in General Education Diploma (GED) and post-secondary education, and families who are enrolled in the Colorado Works program and need services to support their efforts toward self-sufficiency. CCCAP may also be provided to families involved in the Child Welfare system.
