The University of Wyoming is requesting bids from suppliers for the purchase of a drone for the 3D Visualization Center, per the minimum specifications provided herein. The drone will be utilized for mineral exploration and research development. We are looking at this purchase in anticipation of purchasing the Headwall Co-Aligned HP hyperspectral sensor with integrated LiDAR sensor which offers a spectral range in the VNIR-SWIR (400-2500 nm) wavelength region, significantly increasing its capabilities to detect a wide range of mineral assemblages.

The University of Wyoming will only accept and consider electronically submitted bids from suppliers, which must be submitted and received in the www.bidnetdirect.com electronic solicitation portal on or before 2:00 p.m. MDT on May 17th, 2024 , at which time the submission portal will close and no further submissions be allowed or considered. It is the sole responsibility of the supplier to see that the response to the IFB is submitted through the BidNet portal by the submission deadline.
