Description

DISCLAIMER TO VENDORS: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Request for Proposal (RFP) AHEC-20405-R is being added to BidNet in order to allow for electronic submission. This RFP was originally posted on ColoradoVSS on March 3, 2020.

It is the intent of the Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) Procurement Services Office to receive proposals on behalf of the Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver or the University) – Human Resources department for a comprehensive HRIS solution that integrates with Banner.

The initial term of the contract(s) resulting from this RFP is anticipated to be for a period of one (1) calendar year commencing upon contract execution. If MSU Denver requires these same services after that time, the contract may be extended for up to an additional four (4) years in one-year increments for a total term not to exceed five (5) years.

Offerors mailing their proposals shall allow sufficient mail delivery time to ensure receipt of their proposals by the time specified. Only one delivery type (mail or electronic) is required.
