Description

The LURA is soliciting SOQs qualified Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Services from qualified Commercial Brokers firms for 205 E. 6th Street. Funding is available for the services outlined in this document.
With the support of a qualified commercial broker, LURA is seeking to identify a buyer with the potential to redevelop the building as primarily (but not exclusively) office use. LURA will entertain all reasonable proposals regardless of use but the priority will be office use.
LURA is seeking qualified commercial brokers who at minimum are designated as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) or a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Respondents who fail to meet the minimum qualifications are deemed non-responsive. Brokers must be a member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors with no reported ethics violations.

The building will be available for viewing on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 from 8 am to 10 am and from 4 pm to 6 pm. The building is located at 205 E. 6th Street, Loveland, CO 80537. Please plan to enter through the west door adjacent to Cleveland Avenue.

The LURA is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified brokers provide for brokerage services for 205 E. 6th Street as described in the Scope of Work. SOQs must be received by email to bids@cityofloveland.org on or before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 19, 2019. SOQs are to include "Commercial Brokerage Services/205 E. 6th Street" in the subject line of the email.

Please list the broker’s name in the body of the email. Attached documents should be named SOQ for Commercial Brokerage Services/205 E. 6th Street. SOQs will not be considered that have not been received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the Purchasing staff. The City is not responsible for delays occasioned by the internal mail system. Please be aware that the City email server scans attached documents before the email is delivered. That process can delay your email by up to 4 minutes, so please submit your proposal accordingly.
