Work comprises demolition of baseball field plaza area, buildings, and water feature. New restroom, concessions and pump house facilities plus surrounding plaza area; a 4,000sf water feature and surrounding plaza; the replacement of Phase I parking lot and security lighting; the renovation of multipurpose field C-5 and the interior restoration of two restroom facilities including new fixtures, finishes and floor slab.
