The Town of Mead is seeking proposals from professional organizations with demonstrated experience in conducting job classification and compensation studies. The selected firm will analyze the existing classification system and recommend changes, conduct a market study, evaluate internal relationships and the organizational structure to refine the existing compensation structure, develop an implementation plan to make compensation adjustments, and prepare a cost estimate for implementing the adjustments. The plan should include consideration of both internal and external disparity.
