Responses are requested from companies capable of providing the City of Manitou Springs and its staff with Outsourced Human Resources Services. The City is seeking a proposer who is highly skilled and fully knowledgeable in the Human Resources field and can take a proactive approach in completing the work later defined. This proposer will also advise the City on all aspects of its current practices, while making recommendations for continuous improvement. The City is seeking a combination of on-site and remote support that will provide the best value service at the most competitive price. Work space on-site will be provided.
