25726 - CDOT El Rancho 10-Bay VSF

Qualified contractors are invited to bid on the construction of a new 10-bay Vehicle Storage Facility (VSF) and a Magnesium-Chloride containment structure in Evergreen. The project is located on an existing CDOT site just north of interstate I-70 off exit 262 on the west bound side. The new VSF shall be a 10,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) with a standing seam metal roof. This VSF will contain ten 20’-0” x 50’-0” bays used to store CDOT plow trucks, two of which will be used as wash bays with waterproofed finishes and fixtures, as well as one single story administration bay adjacent to the vehicle bays as an eleventh bay. The flooring shall be concrete slab-on-grade with a 20-foot concrete apron at the overhead doors.
