Adams State University is seeking a multiyear agreement with qualified and experienced athletic apparel dealer(s) in order to procure a full range of sports uniforms, practice apparel, team shoes, and related equipment for Varsity and Club teams in the ASU Athletic Department on an as-needed basis. The agreement will exclude apparel for Track & Field and Cross Country teams.

Four (4) copies (total, including the original) of the proposal should be sealed in a package. The Request for Proposal #ASU17006 and date and time of proposal opening (2:00 P.M., January 17, 2017) should be clearly printed on the outside of the package.

Late Proposals: Late proposals will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the offeror to insure that the proposal arrives in Purchasing Office prior to the deadline given above.
