REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
AERIAL FIBER AND UNDERGROUND FIBER OPTIC SPLICING SERVICES
GENERAL INFORMATION:
The City of Cortez seeks qualified Fiber Optic Outside Plant Services Firms to provide professional services in the splice plan design, fusion splice services, splitter installation and turn up, cabinet splicing, testing, compliance, of combined aerial and underground fiber route. The City is transitioning to overhead/aerial Fiber in different locations within the City Limits of Cortez for the delivery of the Cortez Community Network.
DUE DATE:
Proposals are due no later than Friday, February 8, 2017 at 4:00 P.M., and should be returned to the Office of the General Services Director, City of Cortez, 110 West Progress Circle, Cortez, Colorado 81321. Proposals shall be submitted in writing and signed by the bidder or his duly authorized agent. Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, marked on the outside with “PROPOSAL: FIBER SPLICING SERVICES”, and with the bidder's name.
