The Public Works Department of Mesa County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from Consultants interested in performing the necessary tasks to continue the NEPA/1601 process for obtaining all approvals to implement an interchange connecting 29 Road to I-70. The Preliminary Environmental Linkage (PEL) approvals have been obtained. Mesa County in partnership with the City of Grand Junction desire to continue to follow State and Federal guidelines to obtain approval to construct a new interstate access.

A pre-submittal conference will be held for all potential Offerors on Thursday, 9:00A.M., July 22, 2021 in Training Room A located at the Old Courthouse at 544 Rood Avenue, Grand Junction, Colorado. Go to the east door of the building and go to the third floor on the new section of the building. Attendance is not mandatory.
