Elbert County is seeking a qualified contractor to remodel the existing Road & Bridge Shop located in Agate, CO.

Upgrade all electrical to 150-amp service, replace any bad wiring and boxes
Repair and coat/seal roof
Remove all old insulation inside, 2” spray foam walls and ceiling
Replace old plumbing throughout
Replace old heaters with (2) 300,000 BTU units in bay
Install heat and air conditioner in office area
Replace all windows
Replace walk-thru door
Replace overhead door and openers
