The City of Commerce City is seeking a qualified contractor to construct the 2024 Concrete Flatwork, Project No. 2024-02-PW. All Work must be completed within 180 days of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The Work to be performed under this contract includes installation of new sidewalk where none currently exists, and removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveways, curb ramps, cross pans, concrete pads, street panels and related work, at locations to be provided by the Commerce City Public Works Department.
