The City of Englewood’s objective is to hire a qualified and competent Contractor to provide all labor, materials, traffic control, and equipment necessary to construct the 2024 Concrete Utility Project as detailed in the attached drawings and specifications included as part of this Invitation to Bid.
The work to be performed under this contract includes removal and replacement of damaged or deteriorated concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, cross pans, concrete pads and related work, at location to be provided by the City of Englewood. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Work will primarily take place in Zone 1 and Zone 2, but may include other locations within the city designated by the City of Englewood construction manager throughout the project.
