Description

The University is soliciting Requests for Proposals from qualified asbestos abatement contractors for asbestos abatement services for University acquired properties slated for demolition and remodel areas of campus. The University’s goal is to establish a three (3) year price agreement with an option to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms not to exceed a total of five (5) years. The price agreement will allow the University to respond to the needs and demands of the University on a moment’s notice as projects evolve. The amount of properties needing asbestos abatement varies from year to year depending on expansion projects, property acquisitions and availability of funds. The price agreement does not guarantee work beyond the properties listed below
