The PSCDC is seeking services to provide statistically valid information and data required to establish the need for a Boys & Girls Club in Archuleta County. These needs are based largely on local socioeconomic conditions of the community’s youth population, location of public recreational facilities, location of private youth serving agencies, number of boys and girls currently being served, number of boys and girls nor being served, rate of juvenile delinquency, extent of poverty in the community, and the current drop-out rate. This is known as a youth situational study.
