Description

The State of Colorado Judicial Department, by and through the 19th Judicial District Probation Department, referred to herein as “Probation” or “the Judicial Department,” issues this Request for Proposals for the purpose of selecting one (1) or more qualified vendors to provide DUI Court Treatment Services for the clients of Weld County.

Probation has established a specialized court for certain qualifying persons charged with driving under the influence, referred to hereinafter as the “DUI Court” and oversees the court ordered conditions of community supervision for persons sentenced through the DUI Court including arranging for and monitoring the completion of drug and/or alcohol treatment.

Probation is looking for providers that can deliver quality, evidenced based treatment for the following services:
Drug and alcohol treatment services to persons convicted in the DUI Court and referred by Probation
