Description

This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued to provide the selection process for Architectural and
Engineering Professional Services for the new library facility for the Lyons Regional Library District.
Firms submitting a response to the RFP will be asked, at a minimum, to state their understanding of
and experience applicable to the project, and offer their methodology for meeting the design criteria.
Shortlisted finalists will also be requested to participate in an interview. At that stage of the selection
process, respondents will be asked to include a fee proposal for the work as outlined in this RFP.
