Following submission directions detailed starting on page one (1) of this solicitation, submit your non-redacted proposal addressing each of the following items in the order provided below and the completed three (3) Excel files [Attachment B, C, and D} in Excel format.
As time is of the essence, brevity is appreciated, your non-redacted proposal is to be no more than 50 pages, with no significant font less than 10pt; all items listed below and anything the vendor adds are to be included in the page count. Proposers are to provide only the information requested, and present it in a clear, concise manner. Incomplete proposals, proposals that do not adhere to the page maximum, or proposals that do not address each of the following items in the order as outlined below may be rejected.
NOTE: All parts of the non-redated proposal including the competed Excel files(Attachment B, C, and D) are to be combined and submitted as one (1) single .pdf file.
Proposers are encouraged, but not required, to provide one (1) redacted .pdf proposal, excluding any information that is not subject to disclosure under the Colorado Open Records Act (“CORA”), see page 2 of this RFP for additional information. If you choose to submit a redacted version of your proposal, then you will be uploading five (5) files into Bidnet (1 - confidential pdf proposal containing everything, 1- redacted pdf file, and the completed three (3) Excel files [Attachment B, C, and D} in Excel format). If we do not receive a redacted copy, the proposer’s original copy will be used to satisfy public records requests.
Incomplete proposals, proposals that do not adhere to the page maximum, or proposals that do not address each of the following items in the order as outlined below may be rejected.
