The opportunity to respond to this bid is available to any business, contractor, or vendor who can and will meet all requirements of this bid. School Districts involved in this bid will not discriminate against any person(s), regardless of race, sex, creed, or national origin.
The prices on this bid will begin July 1st, 2017 and extend through June 30, 2018.
The purchase order(s) issued to the successful bidder by any one of the School Districts involved shall constitute a contract that must be faithfully performed by the contractor in accordance with specifications.
The “bid conditions” and “specifications” must be followed very closely.
A recap of this bid will not be sent to those responding to this invitation to bid; however, a recap of this bid will be available for inspection after the bids have been awarded.
Each School District reserves the right to have representation at the bid opening.
SOCO reserves the right to request all responding vendors to provide product for a taste test.
Each School District reserves the right to terminate the bid award at any time, with proper documentation of poor quality, service and/or product not in accordance with the bid specification.
This bid will be awarded in its entirety.
All items purchased must be delivered as indicated on the purchase order. All products delivered shall be free from contamination of any kind (Please see Food Safety or HACCP vendor letter at the end of this document). Contractor must have proper delivery equipment for frozen and/or refrigerated, dry and chemical products.
