This project consists of a study to expand on previous planning efforts to:

Identify gaps in the transit and multi-modal transportation network
Recommend physical and operational improvements
Identify pilot projects to implement
Provide a framework to enhance, sustain, and expand transit and multimodal transportation in the County.

The study area encompasses the urban and suburban areas of Douglas County including the City of Castle Pines, the City of Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, the City of Lone Tree, and the Town of Parker.

From the issuance date of this RFP until a selection is made, Zeke Lynch, P.E., zlynch@douglas.co.us, is the sole point of contact for issues or clarifications concerning this RFP and all correspondence shall be done via email.
