Description

Delta County is looking to adopt a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) that will replace our current manual recruiting and onboarding process. The objective for this project is to: Streamline the recruitment and onboarding processes; Improve applicant tracking capabilities; Improve overall HR efficiency and data management; Enhance reporting and analytics capabilities; Establish a centralized and secure system for managing personnel record; and Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. The HRIS must be able to manage information for all human resources activities such as employee information; benefits and compensation; evaluation/performance management; recruitment; and include an employee self-service portal. In addition, it must be able to interface to other systems such as the County’s existing payroll and time and attendance systems either directly or through the use of imported/exported data.
