2023 -RFP-21 - Blake Field Airport Water and Sewer Utility Install

Delta County is requesting bids for the construction of Utilities.  The Utilities will provide water and sewer to Taxi Block 300 and the future development of the Blake Field Airport.  The bid packet includes Construction Drawings and City of Delta Utility Standards.  Bidders must provide a comprehensive estimated start and end schedule.  A Professional Land Surveyor is to be included in the bid and provided by the bidder.  The Contractor is responsible for obtaining any necessary Utility or Right-of-way Permits.  Water tap locations are estimated, and locations are to be stipulated during construction.  The price per tap shall be included in the bid.  All disinfection and testing are the Contractor’s responsibility.
