CSU Biomedical Sciences intends to sole source one system of a blended Olympus microscope (already ordered) and the Andor Two Spinning Disk Microscope System on a quote purchase. Interested parties may submit challenge quotes by Email to Purchasing Agent by 4:00 pm MT on Friday, Sept. 23rd, 2016 at Kathi.LaFollette@colostate.edu. CSU sole source standard language must be followed for consideration, and CSU PO Terms & Conditions will govern the purchase. Do not fax or mail hard copy responses to CSU Procurement, on email versions will be considered.
RESPONSES TO THIS SOLE SOURCE NOTIFICATION MUST INCLUDE:
1. A detailed response to specifications and features of the quoted equipment and service in a matching point-by-point list. Pay particular attention to the Department Sole Source Justification requirements. Documents or literaturewith comparative descriptions of features/functions which can be evaluated by CSU personnel to determine equivalence are required. Specifically address all areas of compatability of equipment pieces with your system if indicated by the department.
2. CSU will be the sole judge of equivalence.
3. All questions pertaining to this Sole Source Notice must be submitted by Email to the Purchasing Agent listed.
4. Failure to respond as instructed will result in disqualification.
