DQ-2024-002-GTM - Refinish Shower Pans in Parmelee, Corbett, and Braiden

Shower pan coating where Residence Halls have terrazzo pans.  These existing pans are primarily located in Corbett, Parmelee, and Braiden.  They are original to construction and are at their end of useful life; 70%+ of these pans across all of three buildings are cracked, 100% of them that have not been previously repaired no longer have their top coat on them and so they have exposed pitted aggregate which makes it easy for mildew to grow and not easy for our staff to clean and maintain.
