Your written proposal information must be submitted to the University’s Office of Procurement Services via Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System. The file name should be RFP-2022-188-FB COB Digital Advertising (Vendor Name). Pricing Information (Financial Considerations) shall be submitted via a separate file entitled RFP-2022-188-FB COB Digital Advertising (Vendor Name Financial).

The proposal package must be received on or before Wednesday, February 1, 2023, 3:00 PM MDT. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to ensure that the proposal package is uploaded and confirmed in Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System prior to RFP Opening Time.
