Colorado State University is seeking firm pricing for a brand specific purchase of a new Cytek Biosciences Northern Lights full spectrum flow cytometer with the specifications provided in the items section of the documented quote. CSU's Department of Chemical & Biological Engineering has specific research requirements for this system which requires that this is a brand specific purchase.

This solicitation is subject to the Colorado State University General Conditions for Invitation for Bid/Documented Quote attached in the document section.

 A University Purchase Order will be issued to the successful Offeror. The Colorado State University Purchase Order Terms and Conditions for Goods will govern this procurement and are attached in the document section. Proposals with preprinted Offeror terms will not be accepted. Any terms and conditions submitted after the award will be null and void.

Your price must be inclusive of all costs and discounts.

Any modifications or addendums to this solicitation will be posted on Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) at www.rockymountainbidsystem.com. Vendors will not be notified directly. It is the vendor’s responsibility to monitor the solicitation to see if any modifications have been issued. Failure to retrieve such modifications and include them in your proposal response may result in disqualification of your response.
