CMU-22-2735 - Performance Management Software Solution

CMU is seeking to better understand what solutions are available to assist with a University-wide Performance Management Program. We currently utilize a paper-based, annual review process that is completed by faculty and staff in the spring, assessing the prior 12-month period. We feel that a software-based solution may offer the University a more efficient and robust tool compared to what is being utilized at this time.

CMU is looking for a solution to accommodate three broad employee groups:  1) faculty, 2) administrative professional staff and 3) hourly staff.   We would like to see a solution that allows the University to customize the offering in order to accommodate all categories of employees. CMU currently has approximately 400 full-time faculty, 400 administrative professionals and 150 hourly staff
