Description

Colorado Mesa University seeks to engage a consultant for master planning services. Services to include the analysis of the current use of land and buildings that comprise our main campus in Grand Junction, CO. The Master Plan Update will provide recommendations for efficient land development and space utilization. Special attention shall be focused on analyzing instructional spaces, faculty offices, administrative/support spaces, lab/research spaces and support facilities. The Master Plan Update 2023 will guide the development of Colorado Mesa University’s main campus over the next decade, ensuring that the university’s infrastructure and facilities align with the university’s mission, vision, and values. CMU anticipates the effort necessary to compile the updated master plan and supporting documents to not exceed Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00).
