RFP-CPRW-160912-01 - Lower Poudre River Flood Recovery and Resilience Plan

The Coalition for the Poudre River Watershed (CPRW) respectfully requests separate sealed Proposals for Consulting Services for the Lower Poudre River Flood Recovery & Resilience Master Plan.
 
This project is funded through a grant from the Department of Local Affairs’ Disaster Recovery Resilience Planning Grant program (https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/dola/resilience-planning-program). The total grant award was $425,000. Proposals cannot exceed this amount.
Proposals must be received Oct 7, 2016, 5:00 p.m. local time
 
Late Proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances. Sole responsibility rests with the proposing firm to see that their Proposal is received on time.
 
Project Description:
We are seeking services from a qualified environmental/watershed planning consultant to help complete our Lower Poudre River Flood Recovery and Resilience Plan.
The selected consultant will be expected to work closely with CPRW staff and its stakeholder steering committee to choose and recommend the final analysis approach, shape deliverables, and develop work products. The selected consultant will also coordinate with the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) and the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) state technical support team on this effort.
 
CPRW reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, in part or in whole, and to award the Proposal(s) to the most responsive and responsible firm(s) as deemed in the best interest of CPRW; further, the right is reserved to waive any formalities or informalities contained in said Proposal(s).
