CNCC is seeking bids to purchase 100 Low Lead Aviation Gasoline fuel, which will be utilized by the general public, as well as the CNCC Aviation Flight Program. Pumps, storage tanks, and credit card machines are already on site at the Rangely Airport, 2248 E Main St, Rangely, CO 81648. All deliveries will be at this address. Current pumps are through AVFuel and the storage tanks are owned by Rio Blanco County.
The scope of this award is for the supply and delivery of fuel only. The CNCC Aviation Director and the Airport Manager will make the determination to place orders for aviation gasoline fuel when the tanks run low. Please see the Scope of Work/Specifications for more details.
Historically, orders for additional 100LL avgas have been placed for approximately 8,000 gallons on a 6-8-month basis. CNCC purchases an estimated 16,000 gallons of 100LL avgas annually but is projecting to order roughly 8,000 gallons more per year, for total of 24,000 gallons a year.
The awarded vendor may install signage as needed with mutual agreement of CNCC as to language and location.
