RFB 2023-024 - Police Department Remodel Construction Services

The City of Manitou Springs is accepting bids for the Police Department Remodel. The project consists of demolition and construction of the interior space. Several non-load bearing walls will be  removed from the interior of the police station and reconstructed to follow the new layout. The new layout will include 2 larger holding cells with sanitation facilities, as well as more privacy for workstations and offices laid out in a more efficient manner. The remodel would also include a storage room, an arms room, 2 locker rooms and a meeting area that all meet modern standards and are ADA compliant.
