The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) is seeking to contract with a Third-Party Organization to employ and assign an individual Program Developer to work directly with the Peer Group(s) located within the Sterling Correctional Facility (SCF), in Sterling CO for the purpose of researching and developing a curriculum and implementation strategy plan for the Peer Group(s). The Peer Group(s) is a unique, incarcerated led program that provides pre-release/reentry programs, education, and services to incarcerated individuals with the end goal to reduce recidivism of released individuals.
